Die Hard Cafe

Die Hard Cafe is the self-proclaimed "best band out of Baltimore, MD". Die Hard Cafe, or DHC as their handful of fans like to chant, formed in 2010 after Petrified Forest of Lesbos played a show at Baltimore's Hard Rock Cafe following the release of "Struggle to The Stars." During this show, Petrified Forest of Lesbos singer Cathleen Rhindhoops made a quip about the heavy male presence and strangely tense nature of the crowd by saying "We're never playing Die Hard Cafe again!" Die Hard Cafe claims they were not impressed by PFL, but the quip made by Rhindhoops stuck with them and they were taken by their on-stage sadness.

DHC is the live band version of lead singer Cetera Noir's "musical" creations. Originally heard as CETERA, in 2010 he released the "8017 Del Boca Vista" EP dubbed "an obtusely fresh mix of mutated 80's tragedies," by the Baltimore City Paper. Over the next year, the sound evolved and so did the lineup. On drums is the fabled John Weeks of many notable Baltimore Bands including Armadillo Tank and Zohar Modifier. On Bass is the fabled Chris Morgan, who has been to every F**king Champs show. On guitar is the fabled Isaac Miranda.
