Weird Wolves conjure a magnetic blend of darkwave, electro-rock, and synth-pop—delivering a sound that’s both haunting and hook-laden.
Formed in 2018 by Raphael Colantonio — Video game creator (Arkane Studios) known for designing immersive video games like Prey and Dishonored — and vocalist Ava Gore, the project was born from the sudden success of their song “Realization,” featured on the soundtrack of the highly-influential game Prey: Mooncrash.
Now based in Austin, Texas, Weird Wolves has evolved into a full band with founding member Raphael Colantonio joined by vocalist/guitarist Celestina Gravely, keyboardist Zeph Dumlao, and drummer Justin Martinez. Weird Wolves has grown into a dynamic live act, electrifying audiences with their cinematic energy, dark romanticism, and atmospheric aesthetic.
