Amtrak, Virginia’s VRE train, and Maryland's MARC train all stop at Union Station.
Amtrak, VRE, and MARC all connect to the DC Metro system at various points. See the DC Metro Map for those stations.
The closest DC Metro station to the Gaylord is Alexandria (King St.). Amtrak and VRE stop there as well. Take the NH2 bus line from there to the Gaylord.
