You can donate directly to MAGFest here. MAGFest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so you will receive an email acknowledging that your gift is tax-deductible. Thank you! We love you.

BEcome a Superstar!

We recently launched our MAGFest Superstar program for Super MAGFest 2023. Similar to previous years, when buying your badge, you optionally have the ability to make an additional donation. With donations $30 or greater, you’ll be added as a Superstar, where you’ll be listed on our Website, the on-site “Jumbotron” at Super, receive a Superstar ribbon, and more. Want to double the impact of your donation?

Some employers offer a matching gift when you donate to a non-profit. If you’re not sure if your company does this:

  • Search here if you work for a large corporation to see if your company matches

  • Ask your HR department. Many companies have their own giving programs and it’s always best to check with your company for their own internal policies.

Other ways to give:

Donate old games and systems - MAGFest's gameroom is built from donations and yard sales. Make it better by donating games and systems you no longer play, can't believe we're missing, or would like to share with others. Contact us for more information, or to donate.

Ebay - If you sell things on Ebay, you can set a % of each sale to go to MAGFest.

Humble Bundle - Choose from great video games for purchase, and have a portion of the purchase price be donated to MAGFest.

Print Social - Inexpensive and high-quality printing services delivered to your door. A portion of the purchase price can be donated to MAGFest. After you click on the link, you will need to click on the section that says "Set as my default charity" before you proceed with your order.

Third-Party Fundraising

If you are interested in fundraising on behalf of MAGFest via an event, sale of items, etc., let us know! All third-party events must be approved by the Fundraising Team. Here are some guidelines - if you’re interested, please email fundraising@magfest.org. 

MAGFest can:

  • List the event/fundraiser on the magfest.org/donate page (right here!)

  • Credit your group in the Hall of Beans! 

  • Provide you with our mission statement as well as logo for language and appropriate branding 

  • Provide receipts/acknowledgments (depends on method in which funds are received)

Interested Parties should:

  • Send us:

    • Any pertinent information about the event or fundraising activity

    • Their preferred name/how they want to be acknowledged 

    • The group or company logo if applicable

  • Third Parties must handle their own social media promotion.
