The Super MAGFest Super Show!

We know that so many of your won’t be able to join us in person for Super MAGFest 2022, and while that sucks, we thought we’d try to bring a little bit of the in-person MAG Magic straight to your home.

TSMSS, as we’ve started calling it internally, is a Live Hosted Digital 4D ARGVR360 Extravagasm Experience™. On both Friday and Saturday from 6pm-Midnight, join us at twitch.tv/MAGFest for 𝒷𝑒𝓈𝓅𝑜𝓀𝑒 MAGFest digital content, such as:

  • Guest and band interviews

  • Behind the scenes with staff

  • Live floor coverage of the show

  • A 24/7 Live DeVito Shrine Broadcast*

    • (*maybe)

  • And all the usual surprises and host shenanigans that come with a MAGFest broadcast!

We’ll have much more information in the coming days, so keep an eye on our social media (specifically Twitter). Seriously, it’s going to be absolutely wild.

A couple rules here too:

  • Video must be under 5 mins (30 seconds to 2 mins is perfect!)

  • Please film in landscape. (Portrait will be accepted, but may need to be cropped or edited).

  • Must be .MP4, .AVI or .MOV file

  • Must be 720p or 1080p. Please do not send higher than 1080p.

MAGFest reserves the right to reject a video submission based on harassing, offensive, or hateful content. We want to include as many videos as possible, but it is possible your submission will not be shown on the broadcast.

IN GENERAL:

  • Original content only.

  • Do not infringe on any third-party rights (logos, music, intellectual property, etc.).

  • Do not include any third parties, including minors, celebrities, and friends who have not expressly authorized the entrant to display their image or likeness in submitted item(s).

Legal Details (we care about this y’all): By uploading your file (“Submission”), you hereby grant to MAGFest, Inc. and its licensees, successors, and assigns a worldwide, non-­exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, fully paid-­up, royalty­‐free right and license to that Submission: to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, reference, store, cache, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast and otherwise exploit it, in whole or in part, for commercial or non-­commercial purposes. You also grant MAGFest, Inc. the right to sublicense these rights to third parties for distribution via third party distribution channels, which may include viral distribution of your Submission. You agree that neither MAGFest, Inc. nor any third party distribution channels have any obligation to provide any compensation to you for your Submission or the licenses granted herein, in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed.

This agreement also governs MAGFest, Inc.’s use of your name, nickname, likeness, rights of publicity, voice, live or recorded performance, autograph, photographs and biographical information (“Appearances”) as included in the Submission, to the extent that you recognizably appear in the Submission. You grant MAGFest, Inc. the right to use the Appearances within or in connection with the Submission, in any and all media now known or hereafter created, as necessary to exercise the rights granted in this agreement.
