Based in Finland, laamaa has been living tracker life since 1995, making chiptune and synthesizer music using various platforms, like MS-DOS, Nintendo Game Boy, Sega Genesis and Dirtywave M8.
His sound is inspired by classic demoscene productions and video game soundtracks and his songs span many different genres of music. Laamaa has won the legendary Assembly demoparty's tracked music competition multiple times and has had tunes featured on Chiptunes=WIN compilation albums. He also loves performing live, bringing his energetic and nostalgic tunes to audiences around the world.
