Alistair’s Magic Box
A modified Sega Mega Drive emulator that can be used to experiment with hacking around in classic games. It adapts the games so that doing important actions (e.g. collecting a ring in Sonic, matching four beans in Puyo Puyo etc) causes unusual consequences. Perhaps it will edit the level layout, perhaps it will write random numbers into RAM, or perhaps it will switch you into a different game entirely. Challenge yourself to beat a game with unusual new rules, or have fun creating beautiful glitch art!
