Alistair’s Magic Box

A modified Sega Mega Drive emulator that can be used to experiment with hacking around in classic games. It adapts the games so that doing important actions (e.g. collecting a ring in Sonic, matching four beans in Puyo Puyo etc) causes unusual consequences. Perhaps it will edit the level layout, perhaps it will write random numbers into RAM, or perhaps it will switch you into a different game entirely. Challenge yourself to beat a game with unusual new rules, or have fun creating beautiful glitch art!

Light It Out

"Light it Out" is a spooky 3D immersive maze game where players have to find their way out in the darkness. In this dark maze, players must use an actual light source to control the character - turning left and right or going forward. Two sensors are collecting the light source - going in the direction which receives more light or moving forward when both sensors have equal light. While using an actual light source to point out the path, there's also a point light in the game, which creates a more immersive experience. Can you light your way out of this dark maze?

So, you think you can skateboard, but can you scrapeboard, you slime bag? Scrapeboard is a DDR inspired alt control game that uses a real skateboard deck instead of your feet. Do you have the moves to skate through a gauntlet of goons all the way to Tony Hawk?
The player is scraping a skateboard deck with no trucks and a metal bottom around on a pad of four metal squares. The pad is displayed as a virtual platform on a screen in front of them, and the player is “a lizard”.
You must kill Kool A. Man, an alien, and a pissed off goth girl, in order to uncover the secrets of your past. The player scrapes the board into the sword patterns before time runs out. There are three stages that increase in intensity. Try to get the highest score in the world’s first x-game/e-sport.

The Two Skelefriends

The Two Skelefriends consist of two skeletons, one approximately 6 feet in height and the second approximately 12 feet in height. The larger skeleton will have LEDs mounted to the back of its four limbs. These LEDs will light up, one limb at a time, to indicate to the player which limb on the smaller skeleton they will need to interact with. The goal of the game is to hit each limb on the smaller skeleton in accordance to which limb on the larger skeleton is illuminated without hitting the wrong limb or hitting it in too slow a reaction time.
