“Don Miller is an artist and educator based in Gainesville, Florida. He performs live visuals in real time under the alias NO CARRIER. Miller writes custom software and uses nearly obsolete hardware to create psychedelic low-resolution video art.

NO CARRIER has performed live shows around the world as part of the 8bitpeoples artist collective. He also founded 8static in Philadelphia. His first appearance at MAGFest (#5) was in 2007 with Chromelodeon.”
